Amazon Doing Away with Packing Slips?
I have just received a few different orders from Amazon for various products and none of the packages included a packing slip. I was just wondering if others are experiencing the same thing.

Now that you mention it, not only did my most recent order not have a packing slip, but it also arrived in a hastily-wrapped bubble mailer from a location that didn't even mention Amazon on the package. Have they stopped sending orders in sturdy boxes? I don't think I've seen one of those in a while, just bubble mailers lately.

I've been getting a mix of packing slips/no packing slips and cardboard boxes/envelopes for several weeks now. I'm starting to receive more and more without packing slips.

until now, i have always received packing slips from amazon, so this is news to me. question though: yous guys who are not getting slips, are the orders fulfilled by amazon.com, and not a third-party marketplace seller? for non-amazon.com orders, sometimes i get slips, sometimes i dont.

Last week I ordered 2 blu-rays with 2 day prime shipping (via UPS) and it arrived in a box with a packing slip. Today I received a PS3 game that I pre-ordered with prime release date shipping (UPS overnight) and it arrived in a bubble mailer with no packing slip.

I have Amazon Prime, get orders fulfilled by Amazon, and in the last month I've gotten some packages without packing slips and some packaging isn't as sturdy as it used to be.

The packing slips have been coming less and less. The packaging varies greatly too, sometimes boxes and sometimes envelopes. It probably depends where it's shipping from and possibly the person doing the packing. So, you're not alone.

When they ship by their no good associate Velocity Express, 50% of the time I never get a packing slip. The other 50% I don't get the package either.

2 packages arrived yesterday. Zero packing slips and Rocky Set was flying around inside the box damaging the slipcase and dislodging some discs. Discs are fine but slipcover looks like crap now.

I noticed this during my Amazon orders in December. One of them didn't have a packing slip.

while the lack of packing slips hasn't really bothered me, i have noticed the fact that the last couple of blu rays that have arrived have not been in boxes, but in padded mailers, which does bother me a bit.

Re: Amazon Doing Away with Packing Slips?
I receive my Amazon stuff from either KY or KS warehouses.
From KY - almost always in boxes and always a packing slip.
From KS - always in bubble mailer and 50/50 chance of having a packing slip. The KS warehouse has used bubble mailers for game/DVD/Blu-ray for over the last year. Sometimes for really strange things that should be in boxes.
It seems that warehouse location has may have a lot to do with it.
