DvdPlanet are the biggest scumbags on the internet.
They jerked me around with an order last year, ultimately cancelling it but never refunding my store credit from a used dvd trade in.
I wrote them many times and never recieved a reply. Basically they stole my money.
I posted the whole thing here including the dates and my order number in an effort to shame them into doing something about it. It was in a thread called "DvdPlanet Sucks", which I notice has since been deleted.
Why would DvdTalk delete a thread to protect a company that STEALS from it's customers?
In any case, if you shop at DvdPlanet, prepare to be f**ked over.
They jerked me around with an order last year, ultimately cancelling it but never refunding my store credit from a used dvd trade in.
