Ditto. Just ordered a laptop from them shipped UPS 3 Day Select. Arrived in 3 days and thankfully the laptop was double boxed with plenty of foam peanuts as there was a nice dent on one of the outer box corners (thanks to UPS no doubt).

No complaints here.

It's weird to see some people who get their stuff with hardly any packing material and others (like me) who get a ton of it. I guess it has to do with where the stuff is shipping from?

Most of what I have ordered pretty much required lots of packing material (computer components).

The only things I ever got that just had a shipping label on the box were two computer cases, thankfully both of those came double boxed already.

Bought several items from them including my laptop without any problems, check out their return policy before you order or call them with any concerns you might have.

I've bought from them many times and bought my 50" pani plasma without a problem from them.
