Looking for feedback on Wherehouse.com/Secondspin.com
Looking for feedback on Wherehouse.com / Secondspin.com from anyone who has sold used dvd's to them recently. I have never dealt with them before so any feedback on general turnaround time from processing to receiving payment and how they would handle rejected items, etc. would be appreciated. Thank you.

Only have experience selling to SecondSpin one time, but it was recently. I submitted an order by e-mail January 29th. Sent the box of DVDs/CDs out shortly afterwards by media mail--don't know exactly when it was received but I received notice that everything was accepted on February 11th, and was paid by paypal within a day or two. Very satisfied!

Re: Looking for feedback on Wherehouse.com/Secondspin.com
We've sold plenty of DVDs to them. Never had any real problems. Once in a while we've had some rejected for condition or whatever and most of the time they ship them back (even though the site says they don't have to, I think). One of them was funny, they rejected it for condition, but it was one that my wife purchased from them and hadn't even pulled the plastic wrap from it :S
Overall they've been pretty good to us and I'd recommend. Remember to ship media mail if you're selling DVDs.

For those of you that have sold, did you ship your items insured or certified mail or anything else or just straight shipping?

I send them by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. (I'm in Hawaii, so Media Mail may not make the 30-day timeline.) I've never insured it.

media mail with del confirmation..Every now and then they have an
extra 20 percent that they add onto what they are giving for the
dvds you are selling..Works out great..
