It could be a temporary problem, but their rebate site is down. If I don't get my $7 from The Dark Knight Steelbook I'm going to be really upset.

EDIT: I'm now getting a "site maintenance" message

I amassed over a thousand dollars in store credit last year from trading in old DVDs during their extra 20% brown bag promotion. I also bought a PS3 last February. I currently have $140 in gift cards that I need to dump. I'm holding out for 3 more weeks before I spend it(20% off with my Backstage Pass on my birthday).

It's back up. They perform site maintenance quite often.
