Poor experience with SecondSpin.com
Below are my e-mail exchanges ... (sorry, being lazy, but still feel like complaining) ...
47 days since the order was placed -- nothing. A very disappointing first (and probably last) experience with your company. You have offered nothing in the way of solutions, only continually asking me if I'm sure that I didn't receive it. I'm pretty sure I would have noticed a box of 7 DVDs in my mail.
I realize that I didn't spend a lot on this order. In fact it was probably one of the best online bargains I've ever picked up, particularly since there were some very obscure titles. But I have to say that your company has been very unproductive to deal with. No offers of assistance ... just "give us two more weeks - do you really live there? - are you sure you didn't get it?" It's almost like dealing with an eBay seller.
Hopefully the next person that responds will have something to contribute. I have held off from disputing the charge with my bank and from posting my experience on DVDTalk. 6 weeks + has been enough time for you to offer some sort of resolution.

Needs to contact an admin about multiple accounts
I have ordered from them in the past and the shipping times are ridiculously long. When they had a 20% off and free shipping sale, I bought about $400 worth of used dvds. I figured they might upgrade the shipping just based on the high dollar value of the order. Well they didn't, and after 3 weeks I sent them a nice email asking if they had at least sent it with delivery confirmation. I got a stock answer about the item should be here soon. So I sent another email asking if it had a tracking number I could check. Someone wrote back that they were not sure, but if it didn't come in another week to write back. Another week passes and I ask about a tracking number again. Finally gets back to me and says that there is none. A few more days pass, I write again and say it must be lost. I am told they are investigating the matter with the shipper. A few days later it shows up on my door with delivery confirmation on it. I write back and tell them that it did have a confirmation number and why couldn't they given me that information. I also asked why they shipped it the worst possible way to a customer that was dropping $400. Still waiting for the response.
