DVD Planet Question

I just got an order from them (first time ordering from there) and I received a dvd that was loose and badly scratched. How long does it usually take them to process the return and I get a replacement?

from my limited experience, it works like deep discount...

if you email customer service and ask nicely, they will email you an rma (return merchandise authorization) number with a prepaid postage. this is the fast part. you send the dvd back, they receive it, they credit you, they send a replacement, then they finally charge you for the new one. total turnaround about 3 weeks give or take a week maybe.

and rarely, they will send you a replacement before receiving the bad dvd.
