Do you need a complete install package, aka a valid license, activation key, COA, and install CD? Or do you already have a valid license and key for XP, and just need a CD to re-install it?
You can buy a full new install of XP. Also, if you get or have Vista Business or Ultimate edition, you can legally downgrade to XP, although you'll need to supply your own install disc. If you just need the disc, you'll have to ask around and borrow one from a friend.
