Hi. I've been trying for the last couple of days to place an order on fye.com with free budget shipping over $25. When I put my items over $25 in the cart and start checking out, the budget shipping is marked as $2.30.. Am I just doing something wrong?

They also raised the price of standard shipping. This better be a temporary glitch or this will keep me from ever ordering from them again. I sent an email to their CS asking about this(I'm not holding my breath in getting a response). I was going to make an order with them today.

Unfortunately, there is a bug in the system that is not recognizing orders that are eligible for this offer. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause but if you would like to go ahead and place your order and reply to this message with the order number we can definitely credit you for the shipping charges you incurred on this order as long as you select Budget Shipping as the method of shipment.

Hopefully they will fix this bug soon. I don't want to have to email them every time I place an order in hopes of being refunded.

It has been unfixed! The free shipping bug is back. I'm really starting to tire of FYE.

I've experienced this bug quite a bit and what works for me is to click the link to change my shipping option on that last page before submitting. After clicking on the shipping link, just reselect free shipping and that takes care of it.
