wow that sup. is a douche. I was media sup at BB for about a year and I ALWAYS went straight to the comp. to check, where the cust. could see, so we could agree on the price together, and, if the site was lower than the store, I'd bring the cust. to cust. service to get checked out with the lower price faster! At least you were right and you got the correct price!

I thought it was well established that Best Buy stores don't honor their online prices, and the computers in store connect to an internal website that displays in-store pricing.

lolz great. This was hysterical. I commend you patience, because i'm pretty sure I would have been dropping F bombs applenty and I might have had to kick him in the balls, assuming he had any. Great job handling the situation yet still proving you were right.
