wow that sup. is a douche. I was media sup at BB for about a year and I ALWAYS went straight to the comp. to check, where the cust. could see, so we could agree on the price together, and, if the site was lower than the store, I'd bring the cust. to cust. service to get checked out with the lower price faster! At least you were right and you got the correct price!

I thought it was well established that Best Buy stores don't honor their online prices, and the computers in store connect to an internal website that displays in-store pricing.

I'm not an insider, but I thought that was true at first, but then they started price matching from competitors websites.

lolz great. This was hysterical. I commend you patience, because i'm pretty sure I would have been dropping F bombs applenty and I might have had to kick him in the balls, assuming he had any. Great job handling the situation yet still proving you were right.

I buy both CDs as well as MP3s. If I want a whole album then I'll just buy the CD & load it up on my PC. I'd like to have a hard copy of most of my music because the stuff I listen to is world music, usually middle eastern & kinda hard to find as it is. I don't want to chance losing the MP3s. I mean, I've seen my hubby's MP3 player lose everything & we've had one computer completely die on us. This one has loads of music on it, and both of my MP3 players are ok so far, but in case something were to happen I'd like to have the actual hard copy just in case. Some things I don't mind just having the MP3s if they are easy enough to find, but world music isn't always so easy to get a hold of. I have to special order some of it.
