Problem ordering on dvdplanet?

Hello,

Is anyone else having a problem completing an order on dvdplanet.com? I can login to the "my account" page and see my account info, but if I click on the "Proceed to checkout" button on the cart page and enter my login info, I get:

"Your session has expired. For security reasons, sessions expire after 2 hours of inactivity."

And I can't continue (it returns me to the cart page and if I try to checkout again I keep getting the same answer).

sounds like a cookie issue.. you should try deleting them and trying again .. or use another browser like firefox and see if you have the same problems

It is not a cookie issue (I did try removing all my dvdplanet cookies and restarted my browser but the effect was the same).

I have used both SeaMonkey 1.1.7 and Firefox 2.0.0.11 with the same results. No extensions installed either.

Like I said I can log in to "My Account" and see my details/orders/etc, I just can't checkout without getting the error. Even if I try to make a new account with a different e-mail address I get the same error when checking out.

I will call them in the morning.

Also I just went to the Windows box and tried using the checkout in Internet Explorer (*horror!*) and it still gives the red error message.

Yuck.
