__Walmart shoppers: What EXACTLY is their return policy on electronics versus DVD?

I know this question has been brought up before, I have searched and it seems to be the same. But I was taken back today by what the cashier and apparently the manager on staff as well stated. So I need your input; a poll of sort.

Walmart shoppers: What EXACTLY is their return policies on electronics versus DVD?

Is it 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, or 90 days?

DVD brand new, factory sealed?

Electronics brand new, factory sealed?

90 days for sealed electronics with receipt. I would imagine that it would be the same for DVDs.

15 days, unopened new DVDs.

My DVDs were brand new, purchased directly from Walmart, and I had the receipt in hand.

It could simply be that one lonely Walmart, but I called again, this time spoke to a different manager on staff and he also said it was a 15 day policy on DVD. He didn't sound too sure, but said that he'd bring it up with the staff.

I mean this is not the only Walmart available in my vicinity. But I think it's important to clarify this matter at least with this one store. Plus, I've never had an issues with the 90 day bracket until a couple days ago. The same return policy bulletin have been posted for the longest time. It seems as though it's an interpretation issue.

Something to the following extent is posted, can someone interpret this. Do unopened movies, games, etc, tobacco products, 'other' products fall under the 15 days return policy OR the 90 day return policy.

90 exchanges with the exception of the following:
*45 days: xy product
*30 days: xz product
*15 days: xx product
*unopened movies, games, etc
*tobacco products
*other products

You can make one or two returns for store credit, without a receipt, a year.

It actually doesn't have any reference to the return policy. The only thing pertinent is the date (12/22/07).

Attempt return date (1/17/07), which is 8+17=25 days.

I guess an update would be that I was able to return my DVDs to a different Walmart. Plus, I called 15 different walmart within my zip code proximity, and all confirmed that it is indeed 90 days. I believe two cashiers thought it was 30 days for DVD, I kindly ask that I get transferred over to a store manager and it was confirmed to be 90.

I'll probably do it today or later this week, and bring it up to the original Walmart in question.

I would've insisted on going back to that Walmart. Over and over again until I was asked to leave the premises, and then dispute the charge.
