Crutchfield and Service Net question

I was talking with a Crutchfield rep about a new plasma, and the subject of extended warranty came up. They offer a 5-year for $190, and the work is done through a company called Service Net

Anyone here have experience getting work done through Service Net in the past?

Buying a TV via mail order makes me a little nervous, so I'm trying to do my homework...

I don't know anything about Service Net, but knowing Crutchfield, they wouldn't use a service that didn't match their level of quality, which is excellent to say the least. Usually I don't go for EWs, but this one sounds like a hell of a deal.
