It may just be a newly added drop-off point where the envelopes are collected to forward in one big batch to your nearest hub. For instance...most of my envelopes say Raleigh, NC, but they are just collected here and taken to my nearest hub in Greensboro, NC.

They usually keep the physical addresses more-or-less secret, so they don't get swamped with people dropping off movies, dumpster diving, or wanting to complain about something. Obviously the employees tell all their friends and family where it is, but they probably won't advertise or have a sign.
