Amazon AND price fluctuation...
Hi, Firstly sorry for my bad english. English is my second language.
My question is : Why the price of dvd on amazon goes down or up.... like 16.50 $ for one week, next week it's will be 17.53$ and two weeks later it's will be 15.99$ I don't have any specific exemple but I saw this in my wish list.
The price of dvd at bestbuy dont goes up or down. Why it is only amazon ?
thank you.

This is not just amazon. Some stores like amazon and bn.com use a software that calculates the optimum price to sell products for. That is how much can they raise the price and still get as many sales as at a lower price. Their computers model what to price things based on purchase level. This has been discussed in the store forum. bn.com will repeat the cycle of price cuts so you have an opportunity to buy at the lower price again if you buy there too..

Don't forget that Amazon will refund you the difference, within 30 days after receiving the item, if the price goes down. You just have to send them an email and request a refund.
