Does it matter which DVD I return?

Pavarotti DVDs and CDs have been selling out recently, so I had ordered a Pavarotti DVD from both BestBuy.com and Buy.com just in case one of them sold out. Well I ended up getting both of the DVDs. I opened up both packages (but I did not open the shrinkwrap on the DVDs) just to see which case was in better condition. Now I don't remember which one came from BestBuy.com and which one came from Buy.com. Does it even matter? I want to return the one I ordered from Buy.com, because that was a little more expensive... would they care if I sent them the one I got from BestBuy.com? It doesn't say "Best Buy" anywhere on it.

As long as the UPC numbers are the same, then I don't see what difference it would make in which one that you send back.
