1. How often do the quotes change?
2. How often do they give additional 20% on trade-ins?

1. They don't update their pricing very often - maybe monthly or bi-monthly.
2. I'd estimate once every other month or so, give or take.
3. They are very picky when it comes to trade-ins. I had stuff rejected that had no visible scratches (to me at least).
