Dvdplnet Trade In Question

I have some dvds which I wanto to trade-in with DVDPlanet. They are in "blockbuster" cases. Does anyone know if I will be charged extra for sending it in like that or if they even accept those cases? Please let me know.

The quote manager states that they are only accepting 1 copy per title. Anyone know whether that means at a time or is that 1 copy per title per person?

I'd lay odds that is one title per person.
