Hill City Comics-goods Never Delivered

Hi,

I made an order in Jan 2007 and the payment was deducted in Jan 2007 as well. An acknowledgement for the payment was sent to me/ However, it is now april 2007 and the goods have still not arrived.

I have contacted them a couple of times but there was no reply nor acknowledgement to my emails.

Anyone else has the same problem and what recourse can be taken?

Your advise will be appreciated.

Thanks,
TK

If they won't talk to you, then the easiest thing would be to contact your bank and protest the charge. It's really easy to do, with my bank I just e-mailed them to say that I was overcharged, and they refunded the money, no questions asked.
If Hill City wanted to get the money back, they'd have to protest the protest, which would at least open a line of communication.

From my personal experiences, its best just to shop at your local comic shops despite the higher prices. You're supporting a local business and getting your comics as soon as you want them. I've had two nightmare experiences with web companies over web order comics.

Ordering graphic novels through Buy and Amazon is perfectly easy and very cheap though if that's what you are in to.
