Why did some people absolutely abuse this deal? I mean sure, if I could have gotten a free box set, I would have. I see no problem with that, Amazon made a mistake, so give me a free box set. A lot of people did this, and stopped after getting one free. But then there are the people that went absolutely nuts and decided to get four, ten, twenty box sets. That is completely insane, and disgusting, not to mention that it makes me laugh when they try to defend themselves. The funny thing is that if these same people owned a business, and their company's website made a pricing error like this, they would go insane. Yet it was completely fine stealing from another person. Doesn't make sense. My advice to the people that abused this deal: quit your job at McDonald's, and get a real job.

On the other hand, I can see why people would be upset about getting charged. It's like going to Wal-Mart, finding a pricing error, getting an item for that price, and then the next day Wal-Mart is knocking at your door saying they corrected the price, and they need their money back that they lost. If I was the owner of Amazon, I would let the people who escaped with one, or two sets go free. It was a mistake, you learn from it. However, I would charge anyone who ordered three sets and up, and if they don't pay, proscecute them to the highest extent of the law. For people to rob a place of business for that many sets is just wrong.

Oh, and I love the people that say they will refuse to shop at Amazon anymore if they get charged. What idiots...

That's some funny stuff right there. So it's not stealing if you placed one or two orders, but if you placed THREE orders you are a theif. Right...

Right...

Also, some people placed several orders thinking that they'd all get canceled but maybe one would slip through.

For awhile whenever there was a price mistake that was corrected, someone would always say they would start a class action lawsuit.

You're wrong. I only wish I could get a real job like working at McDonald's.
