I ordered a DVD Rack from StoreYourMedia.com, and they sent me a less expensive CD Rack. Normally that's not a big problem. You just contact the vendor, send it back, and get the one you ordered.

Unfortunately, these people do not respond to Emails or phone messages, and their help line is not manned by any live people. So I have to go through all the trouble of disputing the charge on my VISA card.

I thought I would post a warning here so no one else has to go through this. Thank goodness there are more good vendors than bad on the Internet.
