With DDD adding books and combining dvd's and cd's they will be very much like the original Amazon. What would anyone like to see differant or new on the upcoming DDD web site or for the company in general? I would love to be able to cancel or change orders online. Better customer service through email would be good too. I would like the packages sent with tracking numbers. I would be willing to pay the extra money so I can track my package and figure out why media mail from DDD takes 4 weeks sometimes, when the same media mail from Amazon(with tracking) takes 2 to 3 days. I would also like the web site and order status to be updated or at least in sync with emails I am getting. Any other ideas for an improved DDD?

I'm excited about the addition of books to the site, but my main concern is whether or not this combining and upgrading of sites will affect the semi-annual 20% sales. I hope those aren't going to be discontinued. I wouldn't care if cd's and books weren't included either, I just hope we continue to get the sales.
