I thought I was to get an upgrade for one month from the Netflix lawsuit several months ago. Anyone know what happened to this? I recall filling out a form through the Netflix website to participate in the class-action suit. And whatever happened to the lawsuit against BB that Netflix supposedly won? I thought they were going to shut them down.

Don't know what happened to the Netflix suit regarding a free month. It's been so long, I don't remember if I filled out the form or not.

The settlement was apealed in September, so the settlement benefit won't be distributed until it is resolved.
