So I called Walmart CS and politely explained everything, including the television ads and that I was told previously that Walmart would PM on BF. They took my information. I asked for the management to call me and they told me that that may not take place. When I asked why I was told the each Walmart Store is allowed to follow rules at their discretion. Even when I reminded her that the TV ad did not say participating stores only. So I asked if I would be receiving a phone call and I was told maybe... That the information was being forwarded to their upper management, but she couldn't guarantee a call back.

If it was entered it should be sent to the store and you should be contacted either by phone or mail if you gave a mailing address as well. This is how it was when I worked at Wal-Mart during college a few years ago. Our store manager was paranoid about answering these inquiries because he knew his job was on the line. Perhaps their stance on them has changed, but I would not give up hope.
