Ebay: Import Region 1
Question about the Angel boxset. Its not released in the USA, so how can people be selling it on ebay and claim its Region 1, but a Import?
I see more and more dvds this way and am curious, because to me it doesn't make any sense.

People can sell it on ebay, because ebay does not care about bootlegs, only about money. As long as they have an ebay username, they can sell pretty much anything.
They claim it is region 1 even though is an import, because they want to dupe potential customers.
It appears to be a nicely done bootleg, but it still is a bootleg. As long as Ebay allows these auctions to happen, you are going to continue seeing them.

Thats what I figured it was a bootleg, just with creative wording. Can't believe Ebay lets that trash be posted (most of all the sopranos dvds listed are region 1 imports). Anyways, thanks for the answers. Now I continue to wait for the Region 1 release.
