Since many people had been requesting new titles to be added for pre-order, had you considered someone other than Muze for your catalog. They are very slow on adding new titles.

Send me your e-mails and I will look and see if you guys are on the list. We are still sending out thousands of point update e-mails weekly and the new release mailing go out every other week. You will only receive a point update when we increase the balance once a week.

We had a database crash at 2AM and unfortunately I was not notified. I discovered this at 4pm and fixed it up. Very sorry for the outage. Most of the requested titles from last week have been added and can be found in the Just Announced section.

When did DVDPLANET start listing the charges under "Bunny Shop." I had recent charges on my card from this Bunny Shop and I had no idea what they were until I matched the amounts to recent DVDPLANET orders. Very confusing.

Thanks for the question. Our credit card processor made an error. This ONLY affected the description on the statement and our processor is working on correcting the issue. Your credit card information is secure and was not compromised.
