How low does netflix go to add a fifth dvd?

How low does netflix go to add a fifth dvd?
It is pretty strange. Every day netflix has offered to allow me a fifth dvd from my present four on the queue page.The odd part is that they started at 2.00 to add a fifth and every day it decreases by 20 cents to add a fifth dvd. Does anyone know how low it goes before it returns to 2.00 dollars? I'm at 1.20 today.
