Blockbuster--Online free for a month plus free rental coupons!

If you go to blockbuster.com/trial and enter the promo code 90376 you can try Blockbuster online free for a month and get a free rental coupon every week for a month that you can use in the store.

The promo code 21015 seems to work better for some reason so try that one

You can call your local store and get there code if you want--either one will work.

what do you have to say to ask for it? "Hi, can I have the promo code for the free month of online blockbuster rentals?" more likely than not, I'll get an employee that has no idea, the manager will not be there, etc.

Well, until they closed all of ours down, the "promo" code is simply the store number so that the online side can track who is giving up the most business. I imagine it is still the same.

Actually, I bet you could get the store manager to do that more easily than someone else. A normal CSR might think it's odd and be confused, but a store manager would certainly help you out. I'm told the stores get a few bucks for each person that signs up using their code, so a store manager would certainly be happy about giving the code out. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the OP was a store manager trying to drive some additional revenue to his store. I'm cynical like that.

If you still don't want to call or stop by, 12299 is the code I used from my local store. You can add that one to the list.

I'm still showing that the 'FRIENDS' promo code is giving you 30 days free. I used it a few years ago. I could probably sign up again since I've moved and have a different CC number. This is for the 3 out $17.99 offer.

Dear members,
I have been on the phone with BB customer service this morning and sending correspondences with them in regards to their new and "improved" websites. First of all, it is slow as a snail with intermittent web server errors. The BB site has been down for most of the morning. One new and improved feature I hate with this website is that you are not allowed to put the upcoming releases on the top of your Q. They now have a special section for your upcoming releases requests with no guarantee that it will be shipped out top priority. I am serious looking elsewhere for online rental given today's lousy experience. This really sucks!

Bumping an old thread, but this offer got changed to a 2-week trial recently. It used to be a full month (4-week) trial offer before.
