CC pricematching question

Just curious as to what local store means in CC's pricematching policy? I bought The Exorcism of Emily Rose last week for $19.99 and this week BB has it for $9.99. I have the ad from BB thats in B'ham Alabama. About 45 mins from here. They are currently building a new BB here in my town but it has yet to open. Anyway, what do they consider local? And if you think they will turn me down. I may go to B'ham later in the week. So, could I then take my receipt of the dvd to another CC in B'ham and do it there or does it have to be from the same store? Thanks for any help. I also posted the policy of CC below.

Price Guarantee
If you've seen a lower advertised price from another local store with the same item in stock, we want to know about it. Bring it to our attention, and we'll gladly beat their price by 10% of the difference. If you see a lower advertised price (including our own sale prices) within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund 110% of the difference.

Our policy applies only to advertised prices. It does not apply to special offers or promotions, including rebates, free-with-purchase offers and special financing. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide price matches online, so please visit the closest Circuit City store to take advantage of our Price Guarantee.

Just a little tidbit, you notice that CC advertises their new release prices on TV commercials? Do you know why they tell you on tv and NOT in their sales flyers? Because that way you go to CC for that price and you can't price match at a competitor since you have no physical ad with you...Sneaky SOB's!

You can have the stores call and check pricing. I've PM'd items at BestBuy that way. It is definately easier with an ad, but in my experience they will call to verify the price you saw on a commercial.

You are probably gonna need an ad or at least a print out to claim your $11 bucks.

A good P.M. deal will be on sunday when Target has 24 sea. 4 on sale for $20 and C.C. is $70. Price matching at C.C. will make 24 season 4 only $14.99. Better have an ad in hand to get the $55 price drop, as I'm sure they will squirm a bit.

At my local BB, if it's only a couple of bucks, they'll PM it without a problem. I wonder what dollar amount must be reached before they call, or is it a store to store thing?
