Reward Zone Issues

Anyone's Reward Zone account having problems? Mine hasn't updated the tally or sent me certificates in about two weeks, and when I try to view my account, it automatically logs me out.

I'm owed $70 or so right now, with $70 or so more pending. I've been emailing support back and forth. The last response I got was:

"I regret to inform you that your certificates have not been issued yet
from your account. Corporate had expected to have this matter fixed by
3/10/2006. I apologize for the delay and we are still working on getting
your certificates issued as soon as possible."

This has been ongoing since February. I don't understand what the hold-up is!

Sounds like delays all around. I was finally issued more certificates today. Still have pending points from January.

I was supposed to get double points for buying a Xbox 360 package. I didn't get the bonus points. They say they will be added but I keep hearing the same crap every time I email them.

Got an email tonight from them in reply to the one I sent this morning stating that they've had some computer issues (duh) and should have the certificates out in 7-10 days.

Yeah, my profile hasn't been updated in the past week and a half. I'm started to get worried. I just bought a new TV so I really hope they give me my points.

My account hasn't been updated for the past few weeks, although I have bought things there with the RZ card.

How long does it usually take to get gift certs from these guys? I signed on since I brought a laptop a few months ago. I'm owed about 45 at the moment, with another 30-35 pending. They have the certs as being given out, but I haven't gotten them yet. How many weeks is the wait?

Same problem here. I'm owed almost $160. They've been mailed, but yet to see anything. What a horrible system.

Interesting to hear all these problems.

I've had the same problem as the OP has had for at least 8-10 months now (if I tried to view my info, it logged me out). In addition it has now gotten to the point where I can't even log in at all (for months).

If I tried to use the "forgot" password link, my account info (phone and zip) didn't match my account. I called customer service months ago and they had someone else's address and phone number on my account. Didn't really affect me since my RW certs come via email. So I thought I got that cleared up, but today I try to log on and still can't... called CS and they can't figure out why, but my phone/address is different again.

I've concluded that the system is totally fucked up and we'll be lucky to ever see any reward zone certificates again. I've pretty much stopped buying DVDs at BB anyway since they cost more. I only use the RZ card when buying something else that's a good price.

I would urge you guys to call CS and check your address/phone number info. If those are wrong, your RW certs will be mailed to the wrong person.

Just a update...

Got my first 5 cert Monday (4-3). My account says this was issued on 3-14, so that's almost 3 weeks from time of issue to being in my mailbox.

I'll see how it goes because if that timetable holds true I should have 60 coming early next week. I'll keep you updated.

I'm still till waiting on $10. I have it set so I get them through e-mail which was pretty fast, up until a couple months ago.

OK, another update. Got my 60 yesterday. So it seems they are good at mailing them but if you go the email route you may have trouble?

Yes - I have had that experience where e-mail is a problem. I was setup that way and then they sent me a couple, no prob. Then all of a sudden, they said my e-mail was not valid and stop sending them. It was when I checked out one day that the cashier's screen popped up and said that my account had a problem with the e-mail. It was then I had them switch me to snail mail and kept it that way ever since -- which seems to have worked fine.

IMHO - go with the snail mail -- yes slower -- but atleast ya seem to get them -- remember the tortise and the hare

I'll gladly wait !

my 2 pennies.
