BB Reward Zone certificates missing?

I haven't gotten my certificate for my posted points, so I wrote to customer care and got this response:

I am Heather with Best Buy Customer Care.

I understand your concern with your certificates not being issued yet.
We have been made aware of an issue involving members points not
generating into certificates. We are working on correcting this issue
and expect to have all certificates issued by 3/10/2006.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. We
look forward to your next visit to one of our stores or to
www.BestBuy.com.

Heather
Best Buy Customer Care Team

Apparently something is going on here?

WTF! Can they do that? When you log into your account, did it say 45,000 points deducted for the supposedly $15 cert?

I had enough points amassed to receive roughly $50-60 worth of certificates. Hopefully, I'll see something more substantial than $5 at a time.
