Netflix "problem"
I put my Netflix account on hold last week and it said to return all movies that are out within 7 days or you will be automatically charged. Ok but they sent me a movie the day AFTER I put it on hold. I got the disc a full 3 days later and there's no way it will get back to them within the 7 days mentioned. Are they really going to charge me for this disc that I didn't even watch?

You can put your account on hold? I did not know that. I know you used to not be able to. Did you have to email them? I was looking around and couldn't find a link. Not that I'll be off traveling the world next month or anything, but I want to be prepared.
