Anybody else have problems with DDD items

I have a couple of DVD bought at the B1G1 Sale. 1 was the Pink Panther, when opened you can see where a box cutter has cut the case, didnt notice probably because of the black case. The other was Mr. Ed, 1 of the Disc does not play past a few episodes.

Been a little longer than 30 days, anybody had luck with them accepting late returns?

How much past 30 days?

If talking like three or four no problem. Talking like fifteen or twenty may have an issue.

I would call them and see what they say worst is they say no.

If they don't accept it bring them to any B&M store in your area, just state received as a gift, no receipt and they will replace. Doesn't matter where it was bought, always works for me...
