I have never bought from them but since I am a member here is my 2 cents:
1) Their used prices are so-so, nothing really cheap, the local pawn brokers are cheaper
2) From the quality of the disks I have seen them send us, I would NEVER buy any of these disks, people obviously don't handle with care...
I would stay away from used disks...PERIOD

I bought a couple from them a long time ago when they sold their used discs on half.com. I don't know if they still do this. They clearly didn't follow half.com's guidelines of what is considered "acceptable," "good," etc. I got just the discs... no inserts or anything to go with. I think both the discs had scratches severe enough that at least part of each movie wouldn't play. That's the last time I ever bought from them.

I've done it a couple of times and while the first one was problematic (lost in the mail/showed up late in a crushed box) we eventually got everything worked out. Both DVDs played fine and came w/ case art/inserts. I agree though you'll probably find better prices at BB/HV during their Xfor$Y sales. It's more a laziness/convience thing
