Best Buy: Reward Zone - Return Question

Ok, I recently purchased a Home Kit for my Sirius Radio and I wanted to use it at work and I get no signal. I used a $5 RZ coupon on it. If I try to return it, do I LOSE it all together or do they give you store credit?

Thanks

That is what I've heard and may be testing it out here soon, myself -- so I am glad someone asked and the answer is still the same as I had heard.

The last time I returned something that I used a RZ coupon on I didn't get a refund for the RZ amount allocated to that item (1 of 3 items). I only got the amount I actually paid in cash for the item.

I asked about it and the customer service guy said I lost the RZ amount that was the difference between the sales price and what I actually paid in cash (credit card actually). Not that I necessarily believe him, I haven't checked my RZ account to see if it got credited back to me.
