Damaged items from DDD

I just got a 5 disc digipack today from DDD, and the DVDs are all in place and fine but the box is damaged. The spine has creases, the plastic covering is all cracked....is this exchangeable or can you only exchange if discs are damaged? Also, when you send back, do they pay the shipping?

Call them up, they should be able to take care of it.

I called them once when my package arrived damaged and they sent me a pre-paid shipping form.

Ditto, I have had more than one that was too damaged to keep. Call them they will send you a label to return it and ship you another one.
