Combining orders with Amazon?
How does combining an order on Amazon.com work? I want to add some headphones (just a cheap pair) to a some DVDs that are on pre-order, but the site won't let me. Does it have to be like medium? Anyone know? Thanks in advance.

Also be careful because if you order something and try to combine, sometimes the new order will immediately enter the preparing for shipping phase, and you won't be able to combine and be stuck paying shipping on that new order.
