refusing packages from Coconuts.com
Coconuts.com seems to have a pretty strict return policy posted on their web site. It says if your return doesn't meet their criteria exactly, "... your RMA will be nullified and any credit request will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled."
However, I'm wondering if I refuse a couple DVDs that I got from them, are they obligated to give me a refund, or could they just take the DVDs and not give me any credit? The shipping boxes are still unopened and I can write "Refused" on the packages and drop them off at the post office within a reasonable timeframe, according to USPS.

My experiences with returns have actually been quite good. I have refused two packages, one through coconuts and one through FYE.com and received a credit refund with little to no hassle. Customer service responded to my emails promptly and were very helpful. Processing time was rather quick for me because I live only a few cities away from the warehouse where the item was shipped. I simply emailed them about the return, refused the package, and had a refund within the week. Hope that helps.
