How to find Tommy Boy Bobblehead at B&M?

Hey all,

I apparently missed the boat when they released the Tommy Boy SE with Bobblehead at Best Buy a couple of weeks back. Is it safe to say that all the bobbleheads got snapped up, or may there still be some somewhere, ideally here in Southern California?

If so, what is the store's SKU for the item, and is it something I can look up online instead of having to stay on hold with all my regional stores, one by one?

Thanks,

CS

P.S. If this is the wrong forum for this question, I apologize. Mods, please move to the appropriate forum in that case. Thanks again.

Not sure how it is in CA, but here in NY I've seen plenty of them on the shelves here at my local Best Buys as of yesterday.

They can be found on ebay for around $20.00 more than what they were selling in the stores but, you don't have to waste gas hunting for one.

For those of you who still see them on shelves, could you let me know what the store's SKU is, and is it possible to check online with that SKU so I don't have to drive around or resort to eBay?

Thanks again!

Excellent. Now, can anyone tell me how to look up this SKU on BB's website? Or do I need to give it to a clerk at the store so they can look it up on the company's inventory database?

Has anyone attempted this kind of thing before?

Just lookin' for my bobblehead,

CS

Type the Sku into the search menu on the website....

Just checked at work..and the Version that doesn't come with the Bobblehead has the same Sku as the one that does come with it....

Curiouser and curiouser...

Surely Best Buy must have some kind of inventory system for those little buggers...

Are there any affiliate stores who may have this exclusive item as well?

I was at a Best Buy on 9/2, the Friday after these came out (8/30) and noticed them lined up on the new releases shelf. Their printed ad mentioned a minimun of 10 per store and they had at least that many although I didn't actually count. The price was/is $14.99. I was thinking of purchasing one myself -- favorite movie that I have yet to own.

XBox,

Where in TX are you? I have family in Dallas that I might convince to grab one of those Bobbleheads if they're still around. As for SoCal, I guess that well is dry...

I'm in Houston and I was at the Best Buy earlier this evening. Once again the entire bottom row on the new releases shelf was fully stocked with the Tommy Boy Bobblehead Box. I counted 13 and I bought one myself -- still $14.99.
