Problems with INETDVD

Here's the story - I place an order five wks ago, I get the 'Your order has been processed email a few days later.' The site says to give it three wks and I do - no package. Over the last ten days I have called dozens of times, left at least six voice-mail messages and email inquiry's and gotten no response. Now the voice mail mailbox is full.

What is the deal over there? Anyone else have problems with this place? What can I do, I can't get thru to anyone there. What action can I take?

Worst online ordering experience I've ever had!

Looked them up on the Better Business Bureau - it says:

The Bureau has processed customer complaints on this company in its three-year reporting period. One complaint is unresolved.

I will file my own complaint shortly.

edit: I'm now disputing the charge via paypal.
