FYE return policy?

FYE return policy?
Well I was given 2 relatively expensive DVD box sets by a relative that I'm not interested in. They are still sealed and have the FYE price tags on them. I don't have a receipt as my aunt didn't want to show the price(yet she forgot to take the tags themself off, lol). Anyways, the price on the tags total to about $195 and I'm wondering if I can return these for cash or credit? Thanks for the help.
