Hi everyone

Does anybody have any experience with koreandvds.com; are they reliable?

Or can anyone recommend any other Korean dvd retailers. I usually use YesAsia, but they can be expensive.

Thanks

Yep, used them a few times and no problems. My last order they shipped me a title that was wrong (movie had the same name) and the one I wanted was no longer available, so they refunded my card and let me keep the wrong disc as well. Regular air mail's shipping times can vary from 2-4 weeks.

I've had no problems with koreandvds.com, but have only placed two orders with them.

Both times, shipping was about 3-4 weeks. But everything arrived in good condition without issue.

Same here, great service just be prepared as shipping can take 3-4 weeks. I will say though they've always packaged everything very well and I've never recieved anything damaged from them.

Koreandvds.com is great. Good customer service but because its coming from Seoul it does take awhile.
I've also used dvdheaven.com and dvdsfromkorea.com both with out incident (just long shipping times 2-3weeks)

I only think they are "okay". I've waited 6 weeks for some orders, other I get in a week. Non-existent customer support (from MY experience). Also, I had to challenge a charge to get him to respond to my return request (HIS shipping error, wrong item).

All in all, good price, ok service.
