Who's The Slowest DVD E-Tailer?
I ordered a DVD from DVD Planet on the 12th of July and just got it today. It's not a pre-release order so the disc should've shipped quicker (3 weeks is pretty long for me).
Who's had to wait the longest for a DVD to arrive by mail and which vendor was the slowest for them?

FYE.com is just about as slow - about the 2 or 3 times I have ordered from them, it seems to have taken a month or close to - with no backorders. I got stuff light-years faster from the DDD's free shipping (media mail) than FYE.com. Although their rebates, coupled with 20% coupons and sale prices for a couple items were worth it in the end.

DVD SOON !!
I hardly think ANYONE would be surprised at this decision.
They - previously - used to take several MONTHS before getting a title for despatch.
Now - they have 'introduced' a 60 day policy - whereby they cancel titles in ORDER HELL for this amount of time.
Gosh - the originator of this thread had to wait from mid Juy !??!! geeesh - most of us whom have outstanding DVDSoon orders have been waiting much much longer.
dvd soon - winner of the slowest etailer by the longest mile.

DVD soon (not)...is my nominee, by far........may 20th and still waiting, for my sinbad season one set (yeah on par with the beastmaster but for 8 bucks shipped, who is complaining)..........they suck, never again
