Coconuts.com problems

I ordered the Sopranos when they were offering the $20 rebate a while back. Received an email saying it shipped on 6-15-2005. I did not receive the dvd until 7-20-05! Now that's not the problem...the rebate deadline was 7-19-05. Can anyone suggest a plan of action? I called the customer service number and feel as though I'm getting nowhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Seems they must did it on purpose....
