I am trying to get DDD to PM the Coconuts sale for preorders. when I called CS for DDD, they said to send them an email with the link. I get a response that says nothing but restates their PMing policy. (no mention of preorders that I could see)

I send another email again after calling and this time I get a brief note that says they don't PM preorders and then continues to restate their PMing policy. (same blurb as before)

so does DDD have a PMing policy on preorders?

Preorders aren't included in the price-matching policy because the policy states that the item must be "in-stock". Since preorders aren't considered "in-stock", they aren't subject to a price-match
