I ordered a DVD off thier site mid May, its now almost a month later and I still havent recieved it. Anyone else ever problems with this site.

Man I think everyone uses newegg. They are by far the best site on the net! Very odd indeed, I would track your shipment or look into it more. Egghead is mainly hardware seller,what do you mean by dvd? A movie?

Newegg is great and fast delivery. They do sell DVD movies now, though the prices seem high!
Which DVD in particular? Has it been released yet?

I've spent thousands at Newegg with nary a problem. Their delivery is top-notch. I'd definately check your order status on your account with them and give them a call.

I've used Newegg consistantly over the last few years for computer parts. What does it say on your order status? Did it ship and everything? Tracking number?

Newegg, IMO, is the best site on the internet to get computer stuff. Great prices and superfast shipping. Not sure I would've went with them for DVD's though, unless you wanted to bundle a bunch of stuff together for one shipment.

Like others have said, Newegg is by far the best site on the internet...period. You buy something something for $14.95 and the price goes down to $14.85 the next day. You want a credit? Just ask...chances are, they'll gladly give you one. That's how good they are; and their shipping is often one day early from the expected delivery date. They often ship stuff out within a couple hours of your order. I would never buy any computer components anywhere else but Newegg. And no, I don't work for them.

I'm very surprised you're having a problem with them--that's very rare. I would check the tracking number and call them if you think you need to. I'm sure they'll take care of any problems at their expense.

Newegg once had the best prices, best return policy, customer service and free shipping. There was absolutely no need to shop around, they could not be beat. That was once upon a time.
Now they're average at best.

Perhaps at times in price category but hardly matched anywhere else where really matters.

Newegg is awesome. zipzoomfly is good too, but their prices aren't always on par with Newegg.
