DDD's international return policy?

I got two defective DVDs from DDD.
Stargate SG-1 Vol. 1 and 2nd disc of Knight Rider season 2.
They keep pausing and skipping around the layer change of the disc.
I want to return them and get new copies but, as I'm living in South Korea, the shipping cost is about $20~$25.
I want to know if I should pay return shipping cost to get new copies.
I emailed to DDD several times but there was no reply.

I don't know what DDD's return policy is for international orders but I wouldn't pay for shipping until you hear back from them. On U.S. orders DDD sends a pre-paid return label through the email. That seems like a lot of money to return some DVDs at your own expense.

I got an email from DDD and they say that I don't need to send back. They'll just send me new copies. Thanks!
