Hey all,

I was wondering where within a finished online transaction from bestbuy.com do I look to find the 12 digit customer service pin? The reason I ask is because I bought something (online, obviously) from bestbuy.com and didn't use my RewardZone card at the time. I went right back after the transaction so I could get the pin number to use on myrewardzone.com under the "forgot to use card" section. I had to do this with a store receipt once, and the number was easy and clear to read at the bottom of the receipt -- but i cannot find it online in my online order confirmation or anything......

There is none. You call the 800 # and give them the online order #. I do it all the time, very easy. And since you're not complaining or returning, you get through the phone system really quickly. I've never had to wait on hold.
