HALF.COM payment problems???????

HALF.COM payment problems???????
Today I have been trying to buy a rare CD and Half.com has declinced my payment FOUR TIMES. I called my CC company and they say that there is no record of Half even attempting to access my acount. Anybody else having these kinds of problems???
I also have tried another CC (my only other one) and it was declined also. Possibly becasue the balance is less than a dollar greater than the amount of the purchase.
... And yes, all my CC info is correct!

Do you reside outside the United States?
From Half: Can people living outside the United States trade on Half.com?
At this time, only persons residing within the 50 United States can sell on Half.com by eBay. Military personnel living outside of the 50 United States having an APO or FPO mailing address are able to buy and/or sell on Half.com by eBay. Canadian orders are also now excepted on Half.com, however we are currently not accepting sales from Canadian members.
Credit Card info:For US buyers Half.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For Canadian buyers Half.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club.
I haven't had any problems with Half at all.
