Should Netflix send 2 disc sets bundled together?
I just recently restarted my Netflix account because of a new distribution center opening up in my neck of the woods. Turn a round is blazing fast (send on Monday, get new discs on Wednesday) now and I'm very happy with the service.
Something irks me though. It is of my understanding that Netflix does ship two discs in the same package sometimes if the movie is spread out over 2 (ei. LOTR EE). So why not send 2 disc SE sets out in the same package at the same time? Like take The Incredibles for example. A great movie that I may rent down the line if I don't buy, but why not send my the extra's disc along with the movie? Just renting the extra's disc doesn't feel worth it because no matter how well done it is, usually the content isn't worth a rental slot, but coupled with the movie you just watched? Perfect.
With so many dvd online rental services fighting for your dollar it seems like a no brainer for Netflix to make this a feature.
